		<description>Not so sure about the &#039;silent complicity&#039; of the international community - I&#039;d have thought that, in addition to massive US aid and EU trade privileges for Israel, Egypt&#039;s building of a massive metal barrier to cut off the tunnels under the Egypt-Gaza border which are a lifeline for the Strip are less silent and more screamingly loud complicity...</description>
