If teaching staff do not sign, the College, simply implies by their silence, that individuals agree with 'new' terms and conditions. They're giving most of their staff an effective pay cut, they've sacked vital support staff, frozen the "enrichment budget", made teachers redundant, and yet Tavernor is now earning more than the British Prime Minister.
