New contracts are being imposed on staff with little or no consultation.

If teaching staff do not sign, the College, simply implies by their silence, that individuals agree with 'new' terms and conditions.

How many more good people have to leave or are forced out before something is done about Tavernors 'strong management'?

It's a pity that the Mule article has nothing to say about the disgraceful 10 percent rise that the Principal and the rest of the "Principalship" recently awarded themselves. They're giving most of their staff an effective pay cut, they've sacked vital support staff, frozen the "enrichment budget", made teachers redundant, and yet Tavernor is now earning more than the British Prime Minister.

How can that be right?
