		<description>The &#039;green&#039; LibDems at Stockport are pushing for a £1billon bypass through the Goyt Valley, which would go through three very important flood plains.  Their enthusiasm for it is scary.  Not one of them voted against.  It would be popular with their voters and, unfortuantely,  votes are far more important than climate change issues to them.</description>
